TikMass provides a video and image repurposing platform that allows users to create unique versions of their content for distribution across multiple social media platforms. Our service includes video processing, image processing, face swap technology, and content similarity detection.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using TikMass, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TikMass only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload for processing
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Complying with the terms of service of any third-party platforms where you distribute processed content
• Not using the service to process illegal, defamatory, or harmful content

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership over your content and do not use it for any other purpose.

6. Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
• All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TikMass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TikMass, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The TikMass name, logo, website design, and all related branding are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our branding or proprietary technology without written consent.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
